Logistics Analyst

What To Expect
Tesla is looking for a Logistics Analyst to support the logistics team in EMEA. Candidates for this job should have a strong eye for detail, can provide quick and effective solutions, ability to prioritize and adapt to changes, work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and have excellent oral and written communication skills. We are looking for a self-motivated team player interested in creating an excellent customer experience through delivering Tesla products from the Warehouses to final destination across EMEA.

What You'll Do

Ensure premier service throughout the shipment process including quick response to escalations and problem resolution

Drive excellent performance and conduct regular operational/performance meetings with logistics partners and internal teams

Ensure that export process is in compliance with company and industry quality assurance standards (CI, Customs, etc.)

Prepare required documentation (DG, Commercial invoices, etc.) for outbound shipments.

Develop and coordinate processes and systems to efficiently move goods to and from intermediary hubs and final destinations

Issue statistical or detailed reporting for Stakeholders as requested

Booking & coordination of most cost effective and efficient means to transport goods within expected requirements to meet or exceed expectations

Map and keep up to date all logistics related processes.

The main focus of the role is on running operations from our Tilburg Energy warehouse while supporting when needed the team located in the rest of Europe.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability

3+ years of experience in Logistics

Knowledge of general freight forwarding terms, standards and Incoterms

Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation (IMD, ADR, IATA certification is a plus)

Spoken language: English, any other European language (Spanish, French, German, Italian is a plus)
