Brinna AI, a promising new Stockholm-based venture, harness the power of AI to revolutionize brand management, ensure consistency and providing valuable insights for brands. As the demand for maintaining brand consistency has surged with the latest advancements in AI, we aim to become the intelligent antidote to brand inconsistencies by being at the forefront of this essential shift of paradigm. We’re currently working with global brands to build our future AI-driven platform, further elevating our impact in the brand space.

This is a joint-venture with massive growth potential. With the right team, we anticipate scaling to $10M in ARR within the first year of launch.

As a member of our startup (we’ll come up with a better title together, we promise), you’ll plug into all aspects of the startup — from managing technical projects and building internal systems to launching new products or tackling existential strategy questions. You’ll work directly with the founding team, operate independently and together, and help shape the company as it grows.

• Take full ownership and lead one of our product, including project management of the technical development and launch
• Work closely with the founders to make decisions, test hypotheses, and move quickly
• Be a thought partner on product, hiring, and company strategy
• Bring structure and momentum to ambiguous projects or undefined roles
• Build lightweight processes, frameworks, and playbooks that help the team scale

Who We Think You Are;

• You’ve founded something before—successfully or not—or you’ve been part of a startup journey, whether as an early hire or during a scaling phase. The lessons are what matter!
• You have demonstrated track record of ownership: you’ve driven projects from idea to impact
• Comfort navigating across teams (product, engineering, operations, sales)
• Strong Communicator → Can talk to customers, sales, and engineering and get all of them aligned
• Ability to work out of our Stockholm
