About Us
TNW Programs is the team building bridges between corporates, governments, and the tech ecosystem. We develop innovation programs linking corporates with startups and talent to enhance innovation capacity. Additionally, we research the application of new technologies and support governments in building startup and innovation ecosystems.
We collaborate with leading companies such as IKEA, Heineken, Vodafone, Schiphol Airport, Rabobank, and ABN AMRO. In 2025, we are taking an exciting new step: we have become part of nlmtd, a Dutch innovation consulting firm. About The Role
- Learn firsthand about what's happening now and in the future of technology on a global level by scouting and researching the latest innovations in tech
- Speak to innovative startup founders from all over the world
- Extract emerging startups and data from emerging startup databases, social media platforms, events, conferences, and other parts of the startup ecosystems for startups that fit our programs
- Rate startups based on each program’s criteria
- Gain experience in creating visual consultancy decks, and support in the presentation to our innovative clients
- Work together with your team to establish the structural flow of information and a clear protocol for sourcing startups
- Set up an efficient system for capturing incoming startup-related data
- Create tactics and templates for reaching out to startups
- Identify new scouting platforms & keep up-to-date information on those platforms
- Registered as a student during the internship, or recently graduated
- Available for at least five months in Amsterdam (preferably 6 months), starting in July/ August, for a full-time internship (35-40 hours per week)
- A special interest and/or experience in innovation/technology/startups
- A ton of enthusiasm for TNW's mission in supporting the best startups
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus!)
- Able to work with data

- A paid (€600 p/m for 40hours) internship for 5-6 months that helps you grow as a person and develop skills & knowledge you’ll take with you in your career
