Sweav is a new model for freelance strategy and M&A support. A no-bullshit kind of model.
It’s a tech-enabled, community-driven freelance platform. And it could be the next mark you leave on the world.

Sweav is currently a team of 12 super collaborative, fast-paced people who know how to win and have a good time doing it. We’re cutting the formality out of our industry, and we’re building a new kind of culture – one where you’ll find freedom, community and full autonomy.
Already, Sweav operates at the top of the market. Everyone within the freelancer community here has an A-level background, whether it’s McKinsey or Merril Lynch.
As for our clients, they’re Private Equity partners, corporate strategy directors, mid-market CEOs and scale-up founders – think Uber Eats, Ace & Tate and Parcom.
Since its inception early 2022, Sweav has gone from zero to a community of 300 freelancers and 200 clients. And we’re planning to grow 3x in the next three years.
Currently, managing people and projects is done by the founders. In this role, you'll act as their right-hand and manage the process.
Grow the Sweav community. Spot exceptional freelance strategists and M&A pros, lead them through our selection process, and make sure new members feel right at home from day one.
Turn conversations into opportunities. Join client intake calls, help unpack their challenges, and help translate them into crystal-clear project opportunities for the community.
Match people to projects. Craft compelling project opportunity posts (using AI), spread the word in the Sweav community app, and personally tap the right members for the job.
Guide project closings. Track interest, support client selection, and close the loop fast—on both sides.
Keep track of projects. Stay close to clients and members with regular check-ins and timeline tracking.
Champion quality. Gather insights throughout and after each project to ensure we’re learning, improving, and raising the bar every time.
Level up our data game. Keep member profiles fresh and sharp so we can keep making better, faster, smarter matches.
Closing. You enjoy getting deals over the line and building strong relationships with top-tier clients and members.

We can imagine you fit close to one of the three profiles below:
Recruitment / executive search. You’ve spent 4–6 years at a headhunting or recruitment firm, filling roles in strategy, M&A or at C-level. You enjoy the commercial side of matching people to roles—but you’re not a sales machine. You want to dive deeper into the content and get a better grasp of what strategy and M&A are really about. And you’re done with the traditional recruitment game.
Consulting. You’ve worked 2–3 years in strategy consulting, corporate finance or private equity. You’re sharp and analytical, but your current role feels too abstract. You’re missing the action. You want something more hands-on, more commercial, and more focused on working with people.
Recruitment + commercial. You’ve got 4–6 years of experience. Your most recent job is in recruitment—at a strategy consultancy, PE firm or corporate finance shop. Before that, you held a more commercial role, maybe in executive search or recruitment. You know the people in this segment inside out. But you miss the client side and the thrill of closing a deal.
- Be one of the original, driving forces behind scaling Sweav.
- Base salary of €70k per year (incl. holiday allowance, based on 40h/w).
- Bonus of 20% up to 33% of base salary (based on commercial performance of you and the company).
- Pension contribution.
- After one year: equity package (Stock Appreciation Rights, SARs) with substantial upside potential down the line.
