We are looking to support one of our project teams with a Project Manager for a project we have taken on.

REQUIREMENTS YOU MUST MEET:

• Participated in or led a major industrialisation project involving coordination across Purchasing, Production, and Logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments; familiarity with roles similar to Team Leader, Project Manager, or Flow Initiative Owner.
• Strong technical understanding, including IT systems and network infrastructure relevant to production and IT services.
• Ability to adapt in evolving and undefined environments; must remain calm under pressure and lead amidst ambiguity.
• Proficiency in Swedish is required (both spoken and written).
