Job Title: Program Manager

Total Experience Required: 10+ years in Information Technology/Computers/Software

Relevant Experience Required: 6+ years in Program Management / Project Management

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months, extendable up to 18 months based on project needs

Workplace Type: Hybrid (at least 2 times a week at office)

Languages Required: English, Swedish is a plus

Visa/Work Authorization Status: Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in Sweden

Work Location: Stockholm, Sweden

1. Must be currently based in Sweden, or
2. Willing to relocate to Sweden from anywhere within Europe or the UK
3. Candidates outside Europe/UK unfortunately cannot be considered

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager based in Stockholm. This role requires strong leadership in driving large-scale transformation programs, managing complex vendor negotiations, and delivering high-impact business solutions in a global setting.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in intellectual property (IPR), patent, and trademark program management, alongside expertise in stakeholder engagement, cost control, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex transformation programs from initiation to delivery
• Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and reviews
• Oversee IPR, patent, and trademark initiatives for large user groups
• Monitor risk, budget, and performance metrics across projects
• Align global stakeholder expectations through effective communication

Essential Skills:

• Experience in project and program management
• Proven experience in vendor negotiations and contract management
• Strong understanding of IPR, patent, and trademark programs
• Expertise in cost, risk, and performance evaluation
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Optional Skills:

• Experience in regulatory or legal project environments
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies
• Familiarity with agile transformation practices
• Exposure to international legal frameworks
• Team coaching or people development skills
