We are looking for “AI Engineer” to join the inspiring journey of Dias, a unique technology solutions provider in its field in Turkey.

What we expect? / Duty And Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and ensure the sustainability of artificial intelligence solutions that contribute to the digital transformation vision of DIAS and group companies
• Develop models tailored to corporate needs in areas such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Deploy models into production environments, integrate them via API/microservice architectures, and perform performance monitoring
• Establish and manage MLOps processes (model versioning, monitoring, retraining, drift detection)
• Perform model deployment operations in big data environments (Spark, Databricks, Iceberg)
• Ensure the portability and scalability of models using Docker/Kubernetes infrastructure
• Develop LLM-based solutions (chatbots, document understanding, text classifiers) and RPA-supported AI integrations
• Ensure model security, performance optimization, and sustainability
• Collaborate with software, data, and product teams to implement projects
• Create test scenarios for AI projects and integrate them into continuous integration systems
• Produce innovative solutions by following new technologies, academic publications, and open-source projects

Qualifications We Are Looking For :

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics-Communications Engineering, Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Software Engineering, or related departments
• 1–3 years of experience in model development and deployment in AI projects
• Advanced proficiency in Python programming language and AI libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms
• Experienced in developing RESTful APIs and deploying services using FastAPI or Flask
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in MLOps processes (e.g., MLflow, DVC, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience in integration with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Nifi, and Airflow
• Proficient in Object Storage and DB technologies (MinIO, S3)
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Databricks, Hive, Trino, and Iceberg (a plus)
• Expertise in LLM libraries such as HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain and/or computer vision tools like OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron2 (a plus)
• Experience with AI-based chatbots or RPA processes is a plus
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing processes
• Team-oriented, able to communicate effectively with business units, solution-focused
• Good command of English
