Scrum Master

Location: Katowice, hybrid (2-3 days per week from the office)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer or Software Tester
• Background in industrial automation or similar technical/engineering domains is highly preferred
• Experience managing multiple Agile teams or complex projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaling methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) – required for daily collaboration with global teams
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master) is a plus

Requirements 'nice to have':

• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols, PLCs, or embedded systems

Tasks:

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams working on industrial automation software solutions
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure team alignment with Agile values and principles
• Remove impediments, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support teams in becoming self-organizing and high-performing
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and priorities
• Monitor team metrics and drive delivery excellence through coaching and mentoring
• Ensure coordination across multiple teams/projects when needed, following scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe)
• Promote Agile best practices and act as a change agent within the organization
