Position: UX/UI Designer

Location: Lisbon

Work Model: Hybrid

Contract Type: Direct contractual link with our client

Client: We are representing a prominent financial services company known for its commitment to innovation and excellence. With a strong focus on user-centered design, they seek to expand their team with a creative and skilled UX/UI Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine user experiences and interfaces using Figma, ensuring seamless and visually engaging designs aligned with the client’s brand and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement WordPress-based solutions, enhancing the user experience and functionality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and drive continuous improvement in the design process.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in Figma and WordPress.
• A keen eye for detail and a user-centered approach to design.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of modern design principles and best practices.
