• Work within our cross functional agile teams to design and maintain money transfer(EFT,FAST) processes

• Experience in examination of data and automating complex data handling through SQL
• Good command of written and spoken English

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Computer/Mathematical Engineering, MIS(Management Information Systems),”STEMS” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
• At least 4 years of business analysis experience
• Preferably; experience in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis and design , business and functional requirements analysis, system design, testing implementation, end-user interviews and change management
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle ( SDLC ) and experience in Agile Development Methodologies
• SQL knowledge
• Ability to recognize improvement opportunities on a continuous basis
• Comfortable with working in tight deadlines, excellent in coordination
• Flexible on adapting new concepts and ideas
• Excellent planning and time management skills, comply with deadlines
• Eager to learn and improve himself/herself
• Self-disciplined person knowing his/her responsibilities
• Constructive, having positive attitude and being solution-oriented
• EFT, FAST, Money Transfer Systems experience is a plus
