AI Product Owner

We are hiring an AI Product Owner to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products that solve high-impact business problems. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, data science, and engineering, you'll be responsible for translating complex machine learning capabilities — including LLMs, retrieval systems, and predictive models — into products that create real business value.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the nuance of AI and the urgency of product delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, with a focus on data or AI-driven products
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions into production environments
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts: LLMs, RAG pipelines, recommendation systems, or NLP workflows
• Familiarity with MLOps workflows, model lifecycle management, and data infrastructure
• Able to translate ambiguous business needs into actionable technical requirements
• Skilled in agile delivery, backlog prioritisation, and stakeholder alignment
• Excellent communication skills — comfortable engaging execs, data scientists, and engineers alike
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products — from discovery through deployment and optimisation
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to define, prioritise, and deliver high-impact features
• Translate business problems into AI use cases, then into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Drive continuous iteration based on user feedback, model performance, and business KPIs
• Act as the single point of truth for AI product vision, scope, and roadmap
• Ensure ethical AI design, fairness, and explainability are embedded in product development
• Evangelise AI capabilities to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and timelines
