Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced OneHub Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of OneHub, a centralized digital platform aimed at streamlining enterprise collaboration, workflow automation, and data integration. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise digital platforms, user experience, and business process automation, ensuring that OneHub meets the evolving needs of stakeholders and delivers high-value digital services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong product management background, expertise in platform governance, API integrations, and stakeholder management, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration for feature enhancements and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for OneHub in alignment with business objectives.
- Prioritize platform enhancements, feature requests, and integrations based on business value and user needs.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring OneHub remains scalable, user-friendly, and efficient.
2. Platform Development & Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of OneHub features and modules.
- Work with engineering, UX/UI, and business teams to ensure seamless platform performance.
- Manage API integrations, automation capabilities, and third-party tool connections to optimize workflows.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Gathering
- Collaborate with government entities, business units, IT teams, and external partners to define platform requirements.
- Conduct user research, workshops, and feedback sessions to improve adoption and functionality.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business users, translating needs into technical solutions.
4. Governance, Security & Compliance
- Ensure OneHub meets security, compliance, and data governance standards, especially within government environments.
- Define and enforce platform governance policies for user roles, access controls, and content management.
- Monitor platform usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
5. User Adoption & Change Management
- Develop and execute a user engagement and adoption strategy to drive utilization across departments.
- Support training programs and create platform documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
- Provide continuous support and enhancements to improve the user experience and efficiency.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Define and track KPIs, usage metrics, and ROI for OneHub’s performance.
- Generate executive reports and dashboards to highlight platform impact and growth opportunities.
- Use analytics and feedback loops to drive data-informed product decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Product Management (Scrum, SAFe, or Pragmatic Institute) are a plus.
Technical Skills & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in product management or digital platform management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise collaboration platforms, workflow automation, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with API integrations, data analytics, and business process automation tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud, or similar enterprise solutions is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of security, compliance, and governance policies in large organizations.
