Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable HR Generalist to independently manage the HR function for a workforce of 50–80 employees, including office staff, operations, and blue-collar workers. This role is responsible for overseeing all core HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, compliance with UAE labor law, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of handling the full employee lifecycle while supporting company culture and operational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, offers.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping of new hires.

Employee Records & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical and digital).
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with UAE Labor Law.
  • Monitor contract renewals, visa expirations (in coordination with PRO/external parties), and legal documents.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Track attendance and leave records using relevant systems.
  • Ensure accurate monthly reports for payroll coordination.
  • Manage sick leave, annual leave, and other types of absences per policy.

Payroll Coordination

  • Compile monthly payroll inputs: attendance, overtime, deductions, etc.
  • Coordinate with the Finance or Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.

Employee Relations & Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and queries.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting a healthy work environment.
  • Support performance review processes and probation evaluations.

HR Policy & Process Improvement

  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Recommend improvements in HR processes, forms, and internal communications.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of broad HR generalist experience in the UAE.
  • Must have hands-on experience using ZOHO People or other ZOHO HR modules.
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience working with blue-collar and operational staff is a strong advantage.
  • Familiar with attendance/timekeeping systems and payroll coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
