Senior Officer - Media & Digital Marketing
Key Activities performed by the role:
- Work with the Marketing and Communications Manager, Deputy Director and Director to establish the digital strategy of SEHA and its related HCFs.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Collaborate with concerned staff on developing content.
- Maintains awareness of best practice and industry standards in the different functional areas, and develops the department towards these benchmarks.
- Oversee the development of and gathering of relevant market research and data to assist in rendering decision useful information to Digital Marketing.
- Ensuring the vision of the brand is communicated effectively throughout the website and its activities.
Lead Generation:
- Establish a lead generation strategy from the various patients touch points (including and not limited to: digital advertising, website, and social media) with multiple call to actions (website, patient portal, SEHA app).
- Working closely with any appointed agency or company contracted to develop update or design any and all parts of online platforms, in the absence of an agency then designing branding elements as required.
- Monitoring and tracking the budget and any expenditures related to developing and maintaining the website.
Social Media Marketing:
- Establish a social media strategy that is in-line with the communication objectives of SEHA.
- Work with the HCFs on establishing their social media presence and building their team capabilities.
- Manages and oversees the SEHA Corporate Digital Marketing Unit and all related activities, and ensures compliance with SEHA Policies and the SEHA Corporate Governance Framework.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a strong work ethic. Detailed oriented with proven organizational skills.
- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
- Strong understanding of UAE and GCC market dynamics.
- Strong internal consulting skills and ability to champion change and drive organization improvement.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with good writing skills in both language.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing , Business Administration or other related field with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
Desired: Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or Masters of Business Administration preferred.
