About the Role

As a Project Manager at NOV Process Systems, you will lead complex tenders and large-scale EP and EPC projects valued up to $50M USD. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution across engineering, procurement, and fabrication disciplines. This role is central to delivering high-performance solutions in collaboration with teams and stakeholders across multiple global locations.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership – Manage all phases of project delivery from tendering and engineering through procurement and fabrication.
• Team Coordination – Lead multidisciplinary project teams across NOV locations and third-party partners.
• Execution Oversight – Ensure alignment between engineering and fabrication, and support on-site execution when needed.
• Stakeholder Management – Serve as the key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
• Risk & Performance Monitoring – Drive cost control, schedule adherence, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Contribute to the development of internal project management practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support mentoring and knowledge-sharing within the project team.
• Participate in the development of tenders and technical proposals.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications:

• Educational background in engineering, business, or a related technical discipline – provides foundational project and technical understanding.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects – ensures readiness for high-value project leadership.
• Practical knowledge of modular process systems (piping, valves, structures, instrumentation, fabrication).
• Experience working across engineering, procurement, and fabrication interfaces.
• Exposure to multicultural, multinational project environments.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, ERP systems).
• Knowledge of offshore and onshore fabrication practices.
• Understanding of international codes, standards, and industry best practices.
