What You’ll Do:

• Lead the integration and management of complex systems, with a focus on developing scalable React Native applications.
• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies to enhance our mobile product.
• Champion coding best practices and architectural patterns for scalability and performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve app-related issues, ensuring smooth delivery of solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product to ensure alignment with functional requirements and business goals.
• Set industry standards for mobile innovation through your technical leadership and expertise.

What You’ll Bring:

• 8-10 years of experience in mobile development, with significant expertise in React Native.
• Proven success in building and scaling products with millions of users.
• Experience leading teams through complex technical challenges and high-impact projects.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring and guiding other engineers.
• Familiarity with both iOS and Android development, and comfortable leading initiatives on both platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with adaptability and resourcefulness.

Desirable skills:

• Experience creating tools and libraries to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Expertise in optimizing mobile app performance for a smooth and responsive user experience.
• Knowledge of backend technologies and the ability to collaborate with backend or full-stack engineers.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications across multiple platforms.
