Job Description
- Implement improvements (software and hardware updates) to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Be responsible for day-to-day system operations, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance.
- Participate in the integration and implementation of technical solutions.
- Monitor deployments to ensure that they contain documented changes for delivery.
- Diagnose issues, prioritize them, and ensure they are resolved according to company standards.
- Apply the security standards established for the different technologies.
- Follow up on trouble tickets, follow up on existing problems, apply solutions and make appropriate corrections.
- Proceed with configuration as well as requests for changes and additions.
- Master the processes, procedures and working methods in place.
- Review and monitor the operational documentation of the systems.
- Be available for support outside of normal business hours (rotating team)
- Good knowledge of Oracle database
- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript programming languages
- Mastery of multi-system problems and web standards
- Knowledge of MS-Office and Atlassian tools
- Knowledge of ITSM and SmartIT, REACT, Drools, Camunda and MuleSoft products
