About the Role:

We at Flexton Inc. are hiring for Java Developer (Backend) for one of our clients from Retail/eCommerce domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in backend development using Java and Spring Boot, with proven experience building scalable, distributed systems. You will play a key role in designing and developing RESTful APIs, working with Kafka for messaging, and utilizing NoSQL databases for high-performance data handling. If you have a background in retail, eCommerce, or product-based environments

Key Requirements:

• Java Backend Development: 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise environments.
• Spring Boot: Proven expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications.
• REST APIs: Skilled in designing and developing RESTful web services.
• Distributed Systems: Experience in building and maintaining distributed applications.
• Messaging Systems: Practical knowledge of Kafka for real-time data processing is preferred.
• Databases: Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Data Structures & Algorithms: Strong problem-solving abilities with a solid understanding of system design principles.
• Domain: Experience in retail/eCommerce or product-based companies is a plus.
