Job Title – AMTPM219-Technical Product Manager

Client - CITI

Office location: - Mississauga, ON, Canada, Hybrid (3 days onsite in a week)

Type: Fulltime.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, planning, development, and launch
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and work closely with engineering teams to deliver features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Design to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Write clear and concise product specifications and user stories
  • Contribute to API design and integration workflows for internal and external products
  • Utilize working knowledge of Java, RESTful APIs, and database systems to guide and validate technical decisions
  • Monitor and manage product performance, incidents, and deployments through DevOps pipelines
  • Champion best practices in Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
  • Engage with stakeholders to align product vision, roadmap, and KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technical product management or related roles
  • Hands-on technical background with working knowledge of Java, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL Databases
  • Solid understanding of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, monitoring, cloud deployments)
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interface between technical and business teams
  • Experience with product roadmap tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Prior experience working in SaaS or API-first platforms
