Job Title: AI Automation Developer

Job Summary:

Solution-oriented AI Automation Developer to design and implement AI-powered automation solutions that streamline workflows and deliver measurable business value, strong development expertise with the ability to rethink and modernize long-standing processes using modern AI and LLM technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled automation solutions using Python, Java, and modern frameworks.
• Refactor and optimize existing systems for scalability, performance, and compliance.
• Ensure clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Software development experience with strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• Recent experience in Python (multithreading, performance tuning) and Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience with Flask/Django, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift.
• Strong SQL/NoSQL skills and database experience (Oracle, PL/SQL).
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Unix/Linux scripting, and modern IDEs (IntelliJ, PyCharm, VSCode).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating ML, NLP, and other AI solutions.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Full-stack development with Angular/TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of cloud-native development, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code.
