Job Responsibilities
- Inspire, motivate, and lead team members to achieve individual and collective goals. - Foster open and effective communication across the team to ensure alignment and clarity. - Supervise and manage daily operations to meet service level agreements (SLAs). - Plan and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business requirements. - Strategize, organize, and allocate resources effectively to optimize performance. - Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. - Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management or leadership role. - Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing operations effectively. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. - Results-oriented with a strong commitment to continuous improvement, effective problem resolution, and sound decision-making. - Proven ability to manage change, improve processes, and enhance team performance.
