Job Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing Technical Team projects and ensure smooth execution
• Deliver timely and effective client support, resolving escalated issues independently
• Track project progress and report updates to the Technical Director
• Define project scope, schedule, and budget by reviewing plans and specs
• Assign tasks, manage internal teams and external vendors/partners
• Monitor timelines, resolve issues, and maintain cost control
• Ensure product performance through testing and client requirement analysis
• Maintain detailed project documentation and status reports
• Collaborate with commercial teams to drive project closure
• Meet professional service targets and contribute to team success

🎯 Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years’ experience in IT project management
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented
• Able to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with small to mid-sized IT solution deployments
• Degree in IT or equivalent (Cybersecurity certs a plus)
• Preferred: CAPM / PMP / Scrum certification
