Technical Project Manager

Job Scope/Responsibilities

• Effectively manage web and cloud based projects for various initiatives including WeChat Mini Programme.
• Working closely with stakeholders, business units and Product Owner to gather business requirements and prioritise the Change Requests.
• Analysing user and technical requirements to facilitate and brainstorm effectively with the stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Managing the development and deployment of the project deliverables with developer and cloud teams.
• Performing user acceptance testing, troubleshooting and demonstrating on the required systems to assist project stakeholders.
• Coordinating meetings, conferences, trainings, minutes taking and other project-related events.
• Working closely with PMO lead to review processes to increase productivities and efficiencies.
• Involving in procurement processes and documentation may be required.
• Ability to support for night works when there is any deployment that may requires system downtime.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Business IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant tech project management experience for both applications and cloud infra.
• Excellence Project and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of software development.
• Good understanding of AWS and Alibaba cloud architecture.
• Adequate Microsoft Office skills, especially in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Functional knowledge on eCommerce and WeChat Miniprogram is a bonus.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Ability to communicate well and work with stakeholders, business units, vendor and internal technical team.
• Good problem solving skills.
