JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role: Lead/Sr. Project Manager

Location: Singapore

Experience 12+ Years

Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years Project Management experiences in banking sector, preferably with private banking experiences, and knowledge/experience of CRM tools
• 3+ years CRM experience – MS Dynamics desirable
• Previous experience in delivery of projects within the CRM function, preferably utilizing MS Dynamics CRM
• Minimum of 5 years in Management Consulting, Program/Project Management technology organization.
• Proven experience in working global IT projects – demonstrate past project experience in working with onshore and offshore resources, software vendors, and global deployment locations
• Organize, lead, and manage business application projects including planning, budget and resource management, requirements gathering, process design, solution design, development, security and infrastructure management and implementation
• Work closely with IT technical leadership to develop system solutions to meet business integration and scalability requirements
• Experience in project management, business analysis, and business process re-engineering.
