Automation AI Security Engineer

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
  • Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in cybersecurity/information security and Python development
  • Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models to detect and respond to security threats
  • Develop and maintain security content supporting key Threat Management tools
  • Integrate custom solutions and leverage APIs (REST/SOAP) to enhance detection and response capabilities
  • Document code, processes, and systems clearly and thoroughly
  • Conduct various forms of testing (functional, regression, performance, usability) to validate AI models
  • Support integration of tools via REST APIs and collaborate on platform enhancements
  • Drive special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, Git version control, and full development lifecycle
  • Proven ability to write test scripts, automate test cases, and analyze results
  • Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex technical topics to varied audiences
  • Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning in AI, cybersecurity, and testing methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience supporting or working within security operations or technical security teams
  • Collaborative team player with adaptability and eagerness to learn emerging technologies
