Job Description
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing our capabilities to execute scripts on devices, helping our customers to automate IT troubleshooting, fixing IT issues, key IT processes, and service requests.
You will be part of the automation and remediation team of product managers, whose mission is to save time and money for IT teams and increase the productivity of millions of employees worldwide by solving problems before impacting employees. By doing that, you will play an essential role in Nexthink's core value proposition.

Job Description
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing our capabilities to execute scripts on devices, helping our customers to automate IT troubleshooting, fixing IT issues, key IT processes, and service requests.
You will be part of the automation and remediation team of product managers, whose mission is to save time and money for IT teams and increase the productivity of millions of employees worldwide by solving problems before impacting employees. By doing that, you will play an essential role in Nexthink's core value proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Based on customer feedback and personal experience, elaborate content strategy and develop use cases to ensure remote actions create maximum customer value.
- Advertise to Nexthink partners, sales engineers, and consultants about new remote actions.
- Increase product stickiness and customer value by providing remote actions that help them solve most of their challenges.
- Confirm remote actions’ values with customers and Nexthink’s fields based on a constant feedback loop and customer implementation.
- Be the subject matter specialist and evangelist for automation internally and externally.
- Deep End user computing knowledge of how IT works in enterprise-size companies. Knowledge and experience in automating IT is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the Windows operating system and related technology stack, including SCCM, Active Directory, Intune, OMS, and PowerShell.
- 5+ years as Workplace Architect, Build Architect or a similar role in a large IT organization.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative, fast-paced environment while building extensible and scalable solutions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- You are enthusiastic about working in an international, collaborative, fast-paced environment and learning new technologies.
- Professional-level English, spoken and written.
