Joining our IBM Design team offers you the opportunity to collaborate and learn from top professionals, facing interesting challenges around Product Design, using new technologies as Ai. You'll help companies build or improve their Digital Products and customer experiences.

Develop Relevant Skills And Gain Experience

This experience will allow you to develop relevant skills and you will quickly gain significant experience. Our network of experts and mentors will provide you with professional guidance helping you to learn what design and technology can offer in the future digital experiences.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to understand product requirements and design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile experiences.
• Supporting user research and testing to inform design decisions.
• Create design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and new technologies.
  
  
  

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Based in Barcelona
• Recent graduate in Digital Product Design, User Experience Design, or User Research
• Proficient in Spanish, Catalan, and English
• Proficient in Figma
• Passionate about learning and new technologies
