We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns for us and our clients. You will be an excellent fit for this position if you have:

• Experience: 3+ years in graphic or marketing design
• Proven ability to design both digital and print materials
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, MS, etc
• Experience with motion design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) to create dynamic visuals
• Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and their application in generating and enhancing creative assets
• Solid understanding of print design and typography principles
• Capability to work with pre-established brand guidelines and maintain consistency
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
• Portfolio showcasing your graphic design expertise, including print and digital work
• Language: An Intermediate or higher level of English is required

Here are some of the things you’ll be working on:

• Create compelling and visually engaging designs to support diverse marketing campaigns
• Develop visual identities for brands, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Design various materials, including brochures, advertisements, flyers, business cards, and other marketing assets
• Prepare designs for print and coordinate with printing vendors for high-quality output
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce assets for digital campaigns, such as social media graphics, email templates, banners, and presentations
• Assist in creating and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual representation
• Provide support for website assets, blogs, and other online platforms
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance our marketing efforts
• Leverage AI tools to optimize design workflows and explore innovative creative approaches
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
