About The Role

Sunco is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior Designer with advanced skills in 3D rendering and graphic design to join our growing team. You will play a key role in developing high-quality visual assets that bring our products and brand to life across e-commerce, digital marketing, and product launch platforms.

While motion graphics skills are a bonus, our primary focus is on your ability to produce realistic, compelling 3D product renderings, especially those that showcase products in context—like a lamp in a room or a mirror on a wall. Your portfolio should reflect strong environmental visualization capabilities and realistic rendering quality.

What You'll Do

• Lead and create visually compelling graphic design assets for digital and print media, including advertisements, banners, email templates, social media posts, and more.
• Design and produce high-quality 3D renders for product visualizations, marketing materials, and e-commerce marketplaces.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create cohesive visual narratives for campaigns, websites, and product launches.
• Enhance projects with motion graphics for web banners, social media ads, and short animations (a plus, but not the primary focus).
• Maintain consistent visual standards that reflect the Sunco brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and team members.
• Ensure timely delivery of all design work, upholding high standards of quality and detail.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
• Other design tasks as assigned.
  
  

What You’ll Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a design role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and 3D rendering.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and 3D modeling/rendering tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.
• Expertise in Keyshot is required.
• Strong experience producing realistic 3D product renderings, including environment visualization and advanced texturing.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Motion graphics experience is a plus, especially for short-form digital assets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate across teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UX/UI design and familiarity with design systems.
• Understanding of web design principles and responsive layout techniques.
• Knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Autodesk Maya or ZBrush is a bonus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

Job Type: Remote (International Contractor)

Compensation: Starting at $10 USD per hour depending on experience
