Job Description

We are seeking a SeniorC&B Specialist to become a part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the administration of base pay, short-term incentive plans, and relocation benefits.
• Prepare, validate, and process compensation-related payments (bonuses, overtime, relocation, training reimbursements) with high accuracy.
• Participate in job grading activities to maintain structure consistency.
• Support the Annual Salary Review process through data preparation, modeling, and analysis.
• Contribute to the preparation of salary surveys and benchmarking exercises using market data platforms such as WTW or Mercer.
• Administer employee benefits programs and support vendor management across countries.
• Analyze benefits utilization, costs, and employee feedback to propose improvements or alternatives.
• Research and identify regional benefit trends and providers to support program expansion or redesign.
• Consolidate and interpret compensation and benefits data to generate reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance to support Plan-Fact budget analysis and headcount cost forecasting.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HiBob, supporting configuration and updates where needed.
• Actively contribute to Total Rewards projects, including process improvements, policy updates, and compensation framework development.
• Assist in the implementation of new compensation structures, incentive plans, and global policies.
  
  

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills; advanced proficiency in Excel is a must.
• Familiarity with HiBob, especially in Compensation modules; experience in configuration is a plus.
• Working knowledge of compensation benchmarking tools such as KF, Mercer, WTW or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights.
• High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
