You are:

• Experienced in User or Customer Support Activities; SAP management will be an advantage;
• A professional with understanding of Project Management;
• Quick learner and adaptable to uncertain situations;
• Confident in English on at least Intermediate level;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  
  

With you we will:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to security role coordination
• Daily processing of SAP authorization related requests according to agreed rules as well as determine the nature of the problem, run reports to analyze malfunctions that continue to occur
• Updating SAP roles according to the organizational structure changes of the company
• Cooperating with partners from market in projects (presenting reports, ensuring timely completion of tasks)
• Working closely with technical teams
• Respond to queries either in person, over MS Teams or via email
• Check potential conflicts of access, help to avoid them
• Meeting business objectives (KPI, SLA tracking)
