Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that data pipelines are deployed successfully into production
- Deploy backend micro-services to AWS cloud leveraging on the full spectrum of the AWS cloud services
- Collaborate with the product team (developers, product owner, designer, etc.) to handle product development, release management, infrastructure provisioning and deployment during the implementation
Skills needed: Minimum requirements
- 5 years of work experience deploying data pipelines in a production environment
- Experience with Python and related data libraries (eg. Pandas,NumPy)
- Experience with database languages (e.g. SQL)
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with Flask deployment of micro-services, preferably FastAPI
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, software engineers, product managers and subject domain experts
- Experience in Agile working environment Preferred requirements
- Experience with AWS cloud services like RDS, EKS
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins • Experience with Dagster/Airflow is preferred
- Experience with SQLAlchemy and Alembic libraries is a plus
