About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with stakeholders from engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure the product delivers business value and a seamless user experience. This is a critical role that sits at the heart of product strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. Prioritize features and initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality product features on time.
• Requirements Gathering: Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Advocate for the end user at every step. Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and feedback loops to understand customer pain points and validate solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management, and product launches.
• Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs and success metrics for product features. Monitor adoption and performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Go-to-Market Support: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support launch activities, product positioning, and messaging.
• Documentation & Communication: Maintain comprehensive product documentation. Clearly communicate product updates and roadmap decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
  
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Ability to think strategically while staying detail-oriented and execution-focused.
• Strong empathy for users and a passion for delivering best-in-class user experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cross-functional teams distributed across different geographies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Exposure to product analytics and A/B testing methodologies.
• A background in design thinking or UX/UI principles
