Job Description:

McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, HR Systems (Security Management – Core HR) role based in our India Global Business Services Office. You will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of security access requests and maintains overall cyber-security of GP HCM service systems. You will partner with the People Partners, People Solution Leads, Local Experience Leads, Global Technology, and Operational Delivery Leads.

The candidate is expected to reside within India.


Responsibilities:

In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner closely with HR partners and business leaders to make informed decisions on security clearance for employees


Approvals for HCM Security Access Requests:

  • Review and approve Human Capital Management (HCM) security access requests
  • Maintain a credential database to ensure accurate tracking of access permissions
  • Verify that access criteria are met before granting permissions
  • Conduct periodic reviews of access permissions to ensure compliance with security policies


System Security Maintenance:

  • Regularly assess the security of GP (Global People) systems to identify potential security gaps
  • Implement security updates and patches to protect against vulnerabilities
  • Develop and enforce security protocols to safeguard sensitive HR data
  • Monitor system activity for any unusual or unauthorized access attempts


Userbase Management:

  • Oversee the management of the userbase, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to HR systems
  • Remove security access for users who no longer require it, such as former employees or those who have changed roles
  • Maintain accurate records of user access levels and changes
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that user access permissions are up-to-date and appropriate


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Technology, or related field
  • Experience working in Human Resources or HR Systems
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
  • Experience working across many countries and cultures
  • Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of functional solution trends, regulations, and best practices
  • English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)


Mandatory Qualifications:

  • HR Systems Expertise & Skills
  • Technical knowledge in HR Systems - SAP Success factor /Workday/Oracle HCM
  • HRIT / HRIS
  • Employee Central core HR Expertise.
  • Security/ Access Management System
