1. E-commerce Platform Operations
2. Possess strong operational knowledge of various e-commerce channels and platforms, ensuring smooth execution of daily activities.
3. MIS & Excel Proficiency
4. Demonstrated expertise in Management Information Systems (MIS) and advanced MS Excel functions for reporting, analysis, and dashboard creation.
5. Data Collection & Management
6. Collect, clean, organize, and manage large datasets from multiple sources including websites, marketplaces, CRM, and ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
7. Sales & Performance Analytics
8. Analyse sales performance, track key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
9. Campaign & Promotion Analysis
10. Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and ROI analysis to optimize future strategies.
11. Dashboard & Reporting
12. Create and manage insightful dashboards and regular reports for senior management using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
13. Process Improvement & Automation
14. Identify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities to improve efficiency in reporting and data handling.
15. E-commerce Analytics Expertise
16. Exhibit a strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, with a passion for leveraging analytics to drive growth, improve customer experience, and support strategic decision-making.
