Job Title: Senior Product Manager – eCommerce (API & Payments)

Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in Central London office)

Salary: £85,000 per annum

We are working with a fast growing, customer-focused eCommerce business transforming how people shop online. Our technology-first approach puts product innovation at the heart of everything we do. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key initiatives across our API-driven architecture and enhance our payment experiences.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our eCommerce platform. You’ll own the product strategy for core API integrations and collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. Experience in payments is a significant advantage, whether it involves optimising checkout, working with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), or enhancing fraud detection.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and delivery for API-based eCommerce functionality
• Own the roadmap for key backend and customer-facing systems
• Collaborate with engineering to define clear product requirements
• Drive initiatives to improve payments UX, security, and conversion
• Use data and customer feedback to inform prioritisation and iteration
• Act as the voice of the product across business and technical teams

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in eCommerce
• Strong understanding of APIs and how they enable scalable digital products
• Experience with payment systems (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, fraud tools) a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action
• Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment
