We are seeking a Senior Team Leader Mobile Device Support to provide leadership within our Service Management Department.

This is a Full Time, Permanent position based at the Ballarat Business Centre.

About The Role

Reporting to the Manager Field Services, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:

  • Lead and manage the support break/fix service for all Mobile devices including the management of third party vendors in delivery of break fix services
  • Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of the Mobile Support team
  • Oversee and monitor the mobile device support queues ensuring there are appropriate responses to support requests in line with agreed service level agreements
  • Manage the mobile application version update processes for managed applications.
  • Lead mobile device application testing and deployment of operating systems upgrades

About You

To be considered for this position you will possess a degree or relevant technology industry certification with proven subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training & relevant experience preferably in computer science, information systems, engineering or related discipline. Other requirements include:

  • Solid experience in deployment and administration of iOS and Android mobile devices including a strong understanding of application management platforms
  • Understanding MDM software and principles of management, user profiles and connection methods
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to enable ideas and opinions to be expressed clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to enable production of accurate and concise documents and reports
