About the Role


As the Graphic Designer at Hommey, you'll develop and produce brand-aligned creative assets across our digital channels. From social campaigns to EDMs, to lookbooks to web banners, your work will help elevate Hommey’s visual presence and creative.


Reporting to our Content & Brand Manager, your key responsibilities will include:


  • Producing graphic design across owned channels—think social, website, email, print, campaign and retail store decals—with consistent application of brand identity.
  • Translating briefs into thoughtful, compelling creative that connects with our audience and broader brand, content and marketing goals.
  • Supporting product launches and by creating branded templates, wholesale catalogues, lookbooks, campaign assets and creative collateral.
  • Organising and managing digital asset files, including version control and naming conventions.
  • Maintaining and evolving our brand guidelines as the visual voice of Hommey grows.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to A/B test email designs on Klaviyo, and iterate creative for better performance.
  • Collaborate with the Content & Brand Manager, assisting in art direction across campaign shoots, lookbooks, and digital storytelling.
  • Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions, bringing visual solutions to the table.
  • Staying on top of design trends, platform changes and creative tools.


About You


You’re a detail-obsessed designer with a strong creative eye. You live and breathe visual storytelling and know how to translate a brand’s essence into elevated design. You’re always thinking about the customer and how they connect with what they see—and the idea of building Hommey’s brand identity excites you.


Sounds good so far?


You’ll be the kind of person who will have:


  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Communication Design or equivalent.
  • 2+ years experience in a Graphic Design role (in-house or agency).
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite—especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience designing for digital platforms (social, email, website).
  • A strong design portfolio that showcases your versatility and eye for layout, typography and colour.
  • A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit. You're a team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A strong understanding of Hommey—our purpose, content, voice, style, tone and audience.


Bonus points for…


  • Experience (or huge passion for) working with eCommerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Design experience in email marketing, especially for Klaviyo.
  • Ability to use digital collaboration tools like Google Apps, Monday, Slack, and Miro.
  • Knowing your way around image retouching, using PhotoShop and Lightroom.
