Description of the position as Project Management Officer (PMO):

TASKS:

• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
• Taking care of administrative and budget follow-up and analysis of financial data with the help of PMO HQ counterpart.
• Oversee the development of the projects and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.
• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
• Collection of actual Data following action plans.
• Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.

We are looking for a person, who:

• Is a team player who can work with different departments.
• Has good communication skills.
• Can work independently and deal with deadlines.
• Is meticulous and accurate.
• Is flexible and proactive.
• Is curious by nature, and always willing to learn and improve.
• Has a good command of the MS Office package
• Has strong written and spoken English.
• Has a good knowledge of Dutch and / or French is a plus.
• Can work 40 hours a week

Desired education and (work) experience:

• Bachelors / Master’s degree in project management / finance.
• Experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Background in the automotive or leasing industry is a strong advantage.

What are we offering?:

• Temporary ZZPer (freelancer) contract for 7 months
• Tentative ZZPer contract duration from 1st December 2024 – 30th June 2025 (to be confirmed)
• 35 – 45 euros rate per hour
