Readpeak is the fastest-growing demand platform for programmatic native advertising in Northern Europe. We operate across 9 European markets with over 1,500 brands, such as IKEA, BMW and Bosch. Trusted by agencies like OMD, Dentsu, and Matterkind, our portfolio features more than 1,500 premium news sites, offering a truly premium native advertising experience for our clients.
Now we are looking for a driven person, with strong sales skills, to boost our growing demand in the Austrian market. As a "Senior Sales & Operations Manager" for programmatic native advertising at Readpeak, you will focus on sales, drive growth, and build client relationships; involving tracking business opportunities, driving local marketing efforts, developing new strategic partnerships on supply and demand side, and committing to our long-term objectives to meet our goals as well as aligning your activities with Readpeak's overall business operations.
You will join a team specialised in programmatic native advertising that has not only built one of the most advanced native marketing platforms globally, but are also great people. You would work closely with our sales team in Switzerland and Germany, joining forces to build a growth story in the Austrian market.
We expect you to have a proven track record and experience working in the Austrian ad-tech and/or media industry.

With these skills, you will be in the lead
- Proven success in ad-tech and/or media sales
- 2–4 years of experience in media buying ideally in native advertising
- Understanding of the digital ecosystem, especially around programmatic advertising
- Experience with additional ad-tech or mar-tech platforms is desirable
- Solid network and ideally established relationships with agencies and direct brands in Austria
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability of speaking to senior clients
- Experience in presenting strategies to clients and internal teams
- Fluent in German and English
