🎯 We Are Hiring | IT End User Support Specialist (L1 Support Technician) | Vienna, Austria (On-site)

We are currently seeking experienced IT End User Support Specialists (Level 1) for a full-time, on-site position based in 1091 Vienna, Austria. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical support background and excellent customer service skills.

📍 Location: Vienna or surrounding areas

📅 Start Date: Immediate (ASAP)

🕒 Work Type: Full-time (FTE) One year B2B Freelance contract will be provided

🗣️ Language Requirement: Fluent German (C1) – mandator

🔧 Key Responsibilitie

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issue

sRespond to user queries via phone, email, or in-perso

nInstall, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, printers, and peripheral

sGuide users through issue resolution and provide training when neede

dMaintain support documentation and follow ITIL-aligned processe

sMonitor and maintain IT systems performance and availability

✅ Qualification

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related fiel

d1–3 years of relevant experience in an IT support rol

eProficiency in Windows, macOS, and/or Linux environment

sSolid understanding of networking and troubleshooting fundamental

sStrong interpersonal and communication skill

sAbility to work independently and as part of a tea

m💡 Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL Foundation are considered an advantage
