Head of Product

Location: Brussels, Central Station

Reports to: Chief of Staff

We're looking for a Head of Product ready to lead the next phase of our product organization. This is not a blank page.

You'll inherit solid groundwork, and your job is to take it further: optimize, structure and scale our product function with the team.

What This Role Is All About

You won't be building from scratch, you'll be building on what's already in motion.

Your mission is to turn structure into strategy, provide mentorship and momentum, and help the team, and the product function, level up.

You'll bring clarity to complexity and embed product thinking at scale, with a clear sense of what great looks like in a regulated, fast-moving industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Scale and evolve an existing product foundation: assess what works, reshape what doesn't, and elevate the impact
• Lead and mentor a growing team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, clarity, and learning
• Translate vision and business goals into sharp product strategies and a high-impact roadmap
• Align cross-functional teams and leadership around priorities that deliver real value to clients
• Lead structured, insight-driven discussions at executive level, bring critical thinking, logic, and a clear product voice
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to collect insights and sharpen our product direction
• Manage resources, budget, tools, partnerships and ensure we scale sustainably
  
  

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, including significant leadership responsibility
• A strong track record of building or scaling product teams in dynamic, high-growth environments (scale-up or equivalent)
• Experience in fintech is a strong asset, and if you know the payment cards ecosystem, even better
• You combine strategic thinking with execution, you see the big picture but get the work done
• You inspire, coach, and uplift product teams with a clear methodology and human touch
• You're credible with C-level stakeholders, and unafraid to challenge assumptions when needed
• Tools : Google Suite, Atlassian Suite, Slack
• Fluent in English; any additional European language is a plus
