We are looking for a highly experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams through the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.

• The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience managing Agile projects, coaching teams, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Agile teams following the Scrum framework with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering business value.
• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure team adherence to Agile principles, Scrum practices, and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Support and guide the team in user story creation, estimation, and backlog refinement.
• Foster a culture of self-organization and ownership within the team, promoting Scrum maturity.
• Identify and help remove blockers and impediments that impact team performance.
