Security Governance Specialist

Are you a driven and detail-oriented Security Governance Specialist looking to support the operational execution of our information security strategy? At Randstad Digital, we're seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our central security team. In this challenging role, you'll contribute to crucial initiatives surrounding NIS2 compliance, security incident management, and third-party risk management. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across IT, compliance, and business units to ensure our organization meets all regulatory, operational, and contractual security obligations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the implementation of NIS2-related controls, including risk assessments, security policies, and reporting.
• Support the coordination and follow-up of security incidents, including tracking response actions and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain and improve third-party risk management processes, including vendor assessments, documentation reviews, and security clauses in contracts.
• Monitor compliance with internal security policies and support awareness initiatives across the organization.
• Provide input for periodic reporting, dashboards, and audit preparation related to governance and compliance activities.

Your Profile:

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, IT, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in information security, risk management, compliance, or IT governance.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Proactive, communicative, and capable of working both independently and in teams.
• Experience with security incident coordination or third-party risk assessments is a plus.
