Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to hire two Product Owners driving the next generation of AI-powered digital innovation in R&D!

📍 Hybrid in Paris (60% on-site) | Permanent, Full-Time

These are brand-new, high-impact roles based in Paris, where you’ll lead greenfield digital products within Sanofi’s global R&D Accelerator — building platforms that directly support ExCom-level strategic decisions or accelerate clinical study design through AI and GenAI.

You’ll join a full Agile squad (engineers, data scientists, designers), own the vision, define roadmaps, and work with senior stakeholders across corporate strategy, R&D, operations, and tech. If you're excited about building something meaningful with executive visibility and technical complexity, this is it.

💥 Key Skills We’re Looking For

✅ Must-Haves

• 5+ years in digital product management or ownership
• Proven track record owning roadmap, backlog, and delivery
• Strong grasp of Agile & Lean practices
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, UX)
• Ability to translate business problems into product strategy
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders (including exec-level)
• Strong communication, prioritisation, and decision-making
• Fluency in English is required, as you'll be working in a global, cross-functional environment.

🌟 Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI/GenAI-powered products
• Familiarity with clinical development, study design, or healthcare workflows
• Exposure to UX/UI, application integration, or internal platforms
• Experience with data platforms or decision-support tools
• Previous work in startups or digital innovation teams

💡 Pharma experience is a plus, not a requirement.
