WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ?
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to co-lead one of our most strategic squads: XP & Repeat : the team responsible for turning first-timers into loyal members and ambassadors of Timeleft.
You will own two key moments of the user journey:
1. From Booking to Feedback
- Focus: everything from confirming a dinner to attending and sharing feedback
- Projects: Cancellation policies, pre-dinner experience, dinner gamification, feedback flows
2 . Between Two Experiences
- Focus: driving rebooking and engagement between dinners
- Projects: LLM-powered personalization, smart matching, push suggestions, social features
Your job will be to translate our product vision into impactful experiments, guide cross-functional teams (tech, design, ops), and deliver features that drive behavior change and retention — both in our app and in real life.
You will:
- Own and evolve the Product Roadmap for the XP & Repeat squad
- Collaborate closely with Tech, Design, and Ops to deliver meaningful improvements
- Translate goals into data-driven experiments and iterate quickly
- Track performance using behavioral analytics tools (Posthog, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Frame each initiative with clear hypotheses and success metrics
- Prioritize ruthlessly and align everyone on what matters most
You’ll report directly to the Head of Product and be a key voice in shaping Timeleft’s user journey.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in Product, Growth or Data
- 2+ years leading consumer-facing products (B2C)
- Strong analytical mindset; fluent with behavioral analytics tools
- Sharp prioritization and decision-making skills
- Mastery in writing clear user stories & specs
- Bonus: Able to challenge devs and understand technical constraints
