Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to recruit a bold and visionary Product Line Owner to join their R&D Digital Accelerator in Paris 🇫🇷

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high impact role leading two cutting edge AI powered platforms focused on transforming how clinical trial data is validated and used. These products are part of a wider mission to bring treatments to market faster, with stronger insights and smarter workflows.

You will be joining Sanofi’s R&D Digital Accelerator, a fast growing internal innovation hub that blends the freedom and pace of a start-up with the scale and purpose of a global healthcare leader. The environment is dynamic, forward thinking and built around solving complex scientific and operational challenges with smart, data driven products.

What you will be doing

🚀 Shaping the vision, strategy and roadmap for innovative and high impact R&D digital products

🧠 Leading cross functional teams across product, engineering, data science and scientific domains

⚙️ Delivering scalable and intelligent solutions that solve real world problems

🤝 Collaborating closely with R&D and digital stakeholders to ensure alignment with scientific priorities

📊 Defining clear success metrics, tracking impact and continuously optimising delivery

🌱 Fostering a culture of experimentation, curiosity and delivery, with space to challenge and innovate

This is a strategic and visible role with real autonomy. You will shape your product area, contribute to broader thinking across the Accelerator and help define how AI is applied within R&D in practice.

What we are looking for

✔️ Strong product leadership experience with full ownership from concept to delivery in internal or enterprise platforms

✔️ A background in data intensive environments with experience working closely with engineering and data science

✔️ Familiarity with complex or regulated industries such as pharma, healthcare, insurance, banking, energy or automotive

✔️ Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders

✔️ A proactive and curious mindset with strong delivery instincts and the confidence to challenge constructively

✔️ Full professional fluency in English and French
