I’m working with a fast-growing, VC-backed startup that’s building at the intersection of AI and consumer engagement. They’re looking to hire a Director or VP of Engineering to join the leadership team in Berlin and help scale the engineering function during a critical phase of growth.

This company is solving one of the most exciting challenges in tech today — how brands connect with consumers in an AI-native world. Backed by top-tier investors and led by a founding team with a track record in building major ad-tech platforms (now part of Meta and Microsoft), they’re creating a new category at the frontier of marketing and AI. It’s early days, but the traction is real, the roadmap is ambitious, and the opportunity for impact is huge.

This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CTO, with broad responsibility across execution, team development, culture, and technical strategy. The ideal candidate has experience scaling teams in early- to growth-stage startups, is comfortable in fast-paced environments, and is excited to help build both the product and the company from the ground up.
