Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and results-driven Product Owners at both junior and managerial levels to join our product team. You will play a key role in turning business needs into clear product requirements, shaping the user experience, and working with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage product requirements, features, and user stories
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Translate product vision into actionable development tasks
• Analyze feedback and data to improve product performance and user satisfaction
• Communicate product progress and priorities to internal and external stakeholders
• (Manager level) Lead strategic planning, roadmap development, and cross-team coordination

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field
• Experience levels:
• Junior: 0–2 years of experience in a product, tech, or business environment
• Manager: 3+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, with leadership responsibilities
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar
• Familiarity with UX principles and product analytics tools is a plus
