We are seeking a Campus Security Manager (CSM) based in Frankfurt to join our growing team supporting one of the world’s leading technology companies.
About the Role
Are you a driven, experienced leader in security operations with a passion for team development and operational excellence? As a Campus Security Manager, you will oversee security operations at one or more critical datacenter sites in Saudi Arabia. You'll lead a team of security professionals, ensure operational readiness, uphold safety standards, and foster strong stakeholder relationships in a dynamic, high-security environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site-level security operations across multiple datacenter facilities.
- Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of on-site security staff including Security Officers, Team Managers, and Training Officers.
- Ensure workplace safety, drive compliance, and maintain zero-injury standards.
- Partner with client and internal leadership to ensure operational excellence, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular site visits, build staff familiarity, and deliver high-performance coaching and development.
- Evaluate site operations and recommend strategic improvements.
- Represent Securitas at regular client meetings, ensuring open communication and proactive issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Security experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of physical security operations, CCTV systems, access control, and emergency protocols.
- Professional fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
- Ability to travel as required (approx. 25%) and flexibility to support emergency or after-hours events.
